Injuries, pains, and cardio..

Been switching a lot of my work outs around lately. Like everything things do get stale and you need to renew certain well as fix things when injuries occur. Seems my c5/c6 and shoulder issues have returned, so working on strengthening and bulking at this point though.

Not a terrible thing, but just focus on continuing and not allowing for something like an injury or boredom to stop you.

On a side note. For someone that truly doesn't like cardio; since I have adopted a new dog about a month ago, I really enjoy running on the beach with him. Adds to my enjoyment of the day. #cheaptherapy#doggy gets exercised and life is good :)
