Stretch it out!

Don't forget to stretch!

I often times not, see people forgetting this step. But really your not doing yourself any favors, or saving anytime. You can cause lots of injury. Doesn't take that long and it really can feel great and relieve a lot of tension prior and post workout.

Checkout how to use a Foam Roller! Using a foam roller to work out any kinks, stretch out. I personally feel it makes my entire body relax. Give it a try, you'll be addicted I'm sure.
